A fractal is generally "a rough or fragmented geometric shape that can be split into parts, each of which is (at least approximately) a reduced-size copy of the whole," a property called self-similarity."
Because they appear similar at all levels of magnification, fractals are often considered to be infinitely complex. Natural objects that approximate fractals to a degree include clouds, mountain ranges, lightning bolts, coastlines, and snow flakes.

Pure, idealistic, genius...
Maybe its just me but when I watched this I had the same feeling I had when I was 17(?) and saw the play Hair - idealistic feeling that if you believe it its enough to make it true and at the same time that its just beyond reach.
